The quote tool

The quote form collects sex, date of birth, self-described wellness, tobacco status, desired coverage amount and term. These go to the quoting engine on the carriers' platform to return rates, and aren't stored here. No name, address, phone, or email needed for quotes. Repeated identical requests may come from a short-lived cache.

Applying

If you apply, your answers prefill the secure application on the carriers' platform under their privacy terms. Applications go through Susman Insurance Agency, a California-licensed insurance broker (License 0B75129).

The contact form

The contact form takes your name, email, optional phone, preferred contact method, topic, and message. It's delivered by email to the agency; your email address becomes the reply address. This site keeps no copy, no database, no message log. A quick anti-spam check runs in your browser before sending.

Measurement

This site measures traffic using first-party, cookieless analytics served from this domain. No cookies or local IDs are created; your IP is partially masked before storage; query strings are stripped from referring URLs; raw logs erase after 90 days. Visitors with Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control enabled aren't measured.

What we do not do

This site doesn't sell or share personal data, run ad trackers, or use third-party analytics. The only third-party script is the carriers' application platform on the apply page, and it only loads if you navigate there.
